Akshay Goel

Akshay Goel is the founder and lead counsel at the Law Chambers of Akshay Goel. He completed his B.A LL.B (Hons.) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and holds a diploma in Law and Practice of Arbitration from National Law University, Delhi. Akshay has represented a wide array of clients — from corporate debtors and financial institutions to government bodies and individuals.

Akshay is empaneled with leading public sector undertakings such as NHPC, WAPCOS, and UJVNL, offering litigation and advisory services. He is also a published author, with articles featured in reputed journals on subjects like insolvency law and arbitration. His diverse experience across civil, corporate, and commercial litigation, along with his role as an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court, underlines his commitment to excellence and legal integrity.

Akshay also believes strongly in giving back to the community and holds a panel of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee, whereby he is actively involved in assisting clients of limited means in Legal Aid matters.
